Growing up Tank Girl was such a huge influence on me.
Now that I'm older I can't believe my mother let me read it at such a young age ha ha ha, but I'm glad she did!

Agreed, I don't think my mother realized what it was, but to this day I am a devoted Tank Girl Fan. I love seeing the resurgence of her in Cons lately. I met a fantastic woman who had the best Tank Girl tattoo I had ever seen.

And this piece is awesome. Thanks for a little smile to my rainy day.

I think my mother was probably just happy there was a comic with a strong female lead and didn't look beyond that lol.
